Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "066bd" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://066bd.io, operated for the benefit of players residing in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" means the 066bd website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features made available to registered players.

Acceptance of Terms

• You have not previously had an Account suspended, closed, or terminated by 066bd for breach of these Terms.

066bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification. 066bd takes its obligations in respect of underage access seriously and will act promptly on any credible report or indication that a Player does not meet the age eligibility requirement.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Platform services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held at the time of closure.

One Account Policy: Each Player may hold exactly one Account on the Platform at any time. If 066bd determines that you hold or have held more than one Account, 066bd reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and retain any funds held in those Accounts. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the Platform and the fairness of promotional offers.

Account registration is free of charge. 066bd will never request payment in exchange for Account creation or any standard platform feature.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account — including any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless and until you report a suspected breach of Account security to 066bd in writing at [email protected]. 066bd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

You must notify 066bd immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Upon receipt of a credible security report, 066bd will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

066bd will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other channel to request your Account password. Any communication purporting to come from 066bd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be credited. 066bd does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 066bd bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 066bd within 24 hours of the request being submitted, provided that all of the following conditions are met: (a) your Account identity verification (KYC) is complete; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your Real Money Balance; (c) no active fraud investigation is pending; and (d) all applicable wagering requirements on any associated Bonus Balance have been fully satisfied.

Verification Requirements: 066bd may require you to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and address. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered contact details, and withdrawal processing will be paused until verification is complete.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. 066bd does not support transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Anti-Money Laundering: 066bd is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. 066bd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in relation to any transaction and to suspend withdrawal processing pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 066bd may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, which may include minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance are tracked separately; Real Money Balance is used for wagering in preference to Bonus Balance unless specifically designated otherwise.

General Conditions:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.

Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on 066bd are operated subject to the rules of the relevant Game Provider and, where applicable, the specific rules of the sport or game type. By participating in any game or placing any wager on the Platform, you accept the rules applicable to that game or market.

Game Outcomes: The outcome of all casino games, slots, and live dealer games on the Platform is determined by certified random number generators operated by the relevant Game Provider. 066bd has no ability to influence game outcomes. Results are final once a round is completed and settled, except in cases of a documented technical error acknowledged by 066bd.

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all wagers and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 066bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including at the individual Account level where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that materially affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, 066bd reserves the right to void the relevant round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. 066bd will not be liable for any additional losses or opportunity costs arising from such an error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 066bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.

• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Placing bets or making deposits using funds that are not legitimately your own.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. 066bd will use reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as practicable and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 066bd is governed by the 066bd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
